Alpine Distilling crafts delicious, award-winning spirits that capture the true spirit of life in our mountain town. Seeking to take his Kentucky ancestors’ affinity for moonshining to the next level, Rob and Sara Sergent founded Alpine Distilling in Park City, Utah. They strive to pay homage to the flavorful European spirits Rob enjoyed while living and going to school in London and Munich in addition to the tremendous cocktail influence of years in New Orleans where they met and married. Sara brings a passion for botanicals and a Diploma in Gin to both our core spirits, custom private label gins and our gin making experience.
Having moved to Park City in 2011, they instantly developed a passion for the world-class resort town and knew they wanted to nurture a business that complemented Summit County’s many accolades. Prior to establishing Alpine Distilling, rob held high-level positions with Johnson &Johnson and the National Football League. Sergent says, “I wanted to create something from scratch that I am passionate about and teach my kids the value of hard work”.
