On this episode of Market Makers, we sit down with Chuck Butler the founder of Dalton Distillery to talk about how we went from law enforcement to making moonshine using his families unique mixture of malted sunflower seeds and corn that are locally grown and then milled on-site to produce a hand-crafted quality spirit that defy all expectations.
Raymond’s Reserve: 111 proof corn whiskey (moonshine). This is the same recipe used over 100 years ago by our family’s first generation moonshiners. It is made with malted corn, malted barley, and a hint of malted sunflower seeds.
TazaRay: There are two varieties of TazaRay Sunflower. TazaRay original is aged to taste for 6 to 11 months in 53-gallon bourbon barrels and bottled at 90 proof. TazaRay Red is aged in a similar fashion but uses 60-gallon red wine barrels and is bottled at 90 proof.
Tanto Vodka: American Made. Distilled from 100% corn grown in Georgia, Gluten Free, and NON GMO. It’s distilled 6 times and filtered using a proprietary filtering system to deliver the smoothest vodka on the planet.
